Ooltewah, East Ham, Hunter,  warm up at 5:30pm. McMinn will warm up at 5pm. Meet will start promptly at 6pm.  As a reminder the locker rooms are undergoing a huge renovation and are currently unavailable. Please have your swimmers come with suits on under clothes, if possible. They do have changing rooms available at the Y upstairs by the complimentary coffee area in the lobby in the former conference room as well as changing rooms on the pool deck. They have very limited bathroom space.

Attached please find the Heat Sheets for tomorrows meet in Athens against McMinn.  Please help your swimmers be ready by reviewing the Heat sheets and getting them marked up ahead of time.  Swimmers please see me before and after your heat.  

For those of you new to swim team meets mark up your swimmer using a permanent marker (like a Sharpie) to write their event number, heat number, lane number, and stroke on their forearm or upper thigh, creating a simple grid with "E" for event, "H" for heat, and "L" for lane, ensuring the information is easily visible and legible; always reference the heat sheet to get the correct details for each race.
